The Arrival & Departure services at Phu Quoc Airport are designed to provide a faster, more comfortable, and hassle-free travel experience for guests, including both leisure and business travelers.

This service includes Departure Immigration Check only.
Please be advised that there may still be a short waiting line at the Fast Track lane, depending on airport conditions.

Q: How far in advance can I purchase the Fast Track service?
A: The Fast Track service can be purchased up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure flight.
Q: Does the Fast Track service include faster baggage retrieval?
A: No. This service is separate from baggage handling and is exclusively for fast immigration clearance.

Please remain within the designated Fast Track lane at all times.
If the guest leaves the designated line, the service may be discontinued without refund.

Meeting Point: International Departures Area (our team will send the meeting points 1 day before)
Please arrive and meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Guests are required to proceed to the airline counter and complete check-in independently.
After check-in, please message us while heading to the meeting point.
Our staff will arrive shortly to meet you. Kindly wait at the meeting point.
Our representative will be holding a sign with “Round Plus” (please refer to the photo).
Guests must contact us at least one (1) day before the service date to reconfirm the meeting time.
If you are running late or arriving earlier than scheduled, please inform us before heading to the airport.
Please note that once the guest has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff is not permitted to enter or remain in the immigration line, in accordance with airport regulations.
